SILK SCREEN
PRINTING
Involves pressing printing paste or ink through mesh on a cylindrical or flatbed screen onto fabric. It involves a screen which is engraved for each color and located into our printer for high speed and high-quality textile printing.
WET DIGITAL
PRINTING
Uses wet post-treatment processing for the fixation of the dye into the fabric before digital printing is done. For inks requiring wet posttreatment (such as acid and reactive inks) the printed fabric need to undergo several steaming, washing and drying. It can be done on, white, pfp, or light color natural fiber fabric.
PIGMENT DIGITAL
PRINTING
The pigment ink system utilizes a new inline polymerization process that occurs while the printed textile runs through the printer’s on board, high-efficiency dryer. This involves less water, energy, and processing time. It is designed to print on white, pfp, and light cotton, polyester, and cotton-poly blends.
SUBLIMATION
PRINTING
Involves applying a heat press to a sheet of transfer paper that has been printed with special solidified inks. Once headed, these solidified inks become vaporized into a gas. The gas then permeates the fibers of polyester textiles creating a perfect graphic.
DTG DIGITAL PRINTING
Uses specialized ink in order to print directly onto the garment, using dtg printer. The fabric fibers soak up the ink and become part of the garment. This technology enables creating garment prints that do not crack, peel or distort in other way.
